Ask yourself first if you can adapt your life to meeting the goal.
2. Foster a Conducive Environment for It
Think of how to make your surroundings an inviting space for exercising. You wanna create a place for yourself where you would feel semangat nak exercise. We’re putting this one out here because chances are you mungkin tak rajin nak gerak pergi all the way to the gym if you’re reading this article! Foster an environment for you to succeed in tau.
3. Include Physical Activity as Part of Your Daily Routine
It’s easy to fall into a sedentary lifestyle, lagi lagi kalau kita ni working from home kan. It’s important to make time to stay active.This is where time management also plays a crucial role. Stretch and take brisk walks during breaks from work. If you have stairs, climb them. Kalau you suka tengok Netflix, cuba lah getting a stationary bike, or doing HIIT exercises. Boleh exercise and Netflix, hehe.
4. But if Having a Kawan Helps…
Then by all means go to the gym! Or a park, or rock climbing, or anywhere suitable that you guys can work up a sweat at (we don’t mean saunas though; you need to get your muscles working.). Setengah orang rasa having someone work out with them helps them to stay on track. Try out first and see.
5. Most Importantly, Make It Seronok
Keep an open mind on trying out various kinds of sports and activities until you find something you like. If you already have a workout routine, it’s important to switch it up – not just to beat boredom from repetitiveness, but to prevent muscles being overused too. Jangan rasa malu atau takut nak try exercise baru ok?
Kita orang ni yakin that there are suitable ways for everyone to keep active and stay fit. You just need to have an open mind and sabar nak cari methods that are doable for you, tau.
